Warnings for large vehicles
- Zion–Mount Carmel Tunnel: a paid escort (one-way traffic) for any vehicle 11 ft 4 in tall or 7 ft 10 in wide and up; some very large vehicles are turned away.
- Arches requires timed entry reservations in high season (some years). Long distances without services: carry water and fuel.
